VISSION
The vision of this noble group is to present a unifying body which is strong, formidable, and well resourced. The ministry plans to hold the national program ones every two years at the National Theatre. But first, it has been decided that preparatory programs be organized in the three campuses ones every two years rotating among the three universities.
Dramachoreofest is a biennial evening program of drama, choreography and poetry recitals open to the general public, more especially students and the university staff. The aim is to reach out to the unsaved and also to motivate Christians tin their Christian walk.

ORGANISING
The following proposals were made in view of dramachoreofest, a night of poetry, dance, and drama which was jointly organized by the three groups before the inaugural dramachoreofest night, 05.
1. A ten day stays before re-opening at KNUST CAMPUS on the 7TH to 17th of January 2005.
2. The main planning committee shall be localized in the host institution, yet the other institutions shall have their planning committees which shall correspond with ye main planning committee.
3. Scripts are supposed to be developed jointly by the various drama directors.

FUNDING
As a way of raising funds the following sponsorship drive was embarked upon;
1. Funds for the organization of the program are supposed to raise by all the drama groups.
2. Members were entreated to make personal contribution s towards the ten day stay.
3. The central GHAFES fellowships on the various campuses were suppose to contribute towards the organitsation of dramachoreofest.
